Description

The annual Peer to Peer event is designed to gather regional nonprofit leaders and key staff to tackle predetermined challenges that nonprofits are facing. Attendees will be broken up into groups to discuss solutions and then report back to the group as a whole.
 
The topics we will be focusing on are:
 
Fundraising

  • Have you been successful raising funds for your mission?
  • What marketing tactics have worked for your organization?
  • What tips and tricks are you willing to share?
 
Employee Morale & Staff Wellness
  • What are you doing to lift up or motivate your team?
  • What does staff wellness mean to you and your organization? 
  • What practices for staff wellness do you currently have? 
  • Considering the trauma the pandemic has caused, what are you planning on doing differently in this upcoming year? 
  • What ways have you or will you reward hard working employees?
 
Connect with your fellow nonprofit peers for beneficial discussions during this virtual event!
