Description

The ARCC Women's Business Council (WBC) invites you to their November 2021 meeting!

The WBC is joining the ARCC Veteran's Business Network in a month-long Food & Necessities Drive to benefit The VCHC Guardian House for female veterans. Please bring an item to donate to this meeting or call ahead to bring your donations to the ARCC office at 68 Warren Street in Glen Falls.

Join us for an inspiring panel discussion and donation collection in honor of Military Families Month. Please see below for a list of appropriate food and item donations!

What to donate to the VCHC:

The VCHC also welcomes donations of cleaning supplies, household items, twin size bedding, towels & washcloths, furniture and gift cards to area stores to provide food, clothing, gas and other care items. (Target, CVS, Walmart, etc)

The Guardian House for female vets also welcomes other necessity and “feel-good” item donations including:
  • Travel sized OTC medicines, hair & beauty accessories (brushes, combs, nail polish, make-up, mani-pedi kits, loofahs, etc.) and sanitary items in addition to comfy socks/slippers, pantyhose/leggings and other comfort items.
For a complete list of what and how to donate and a list of items that cannot be accepted for donation, please visit the VCHC website.
