JOB TITLE: Onsite Caretaker/Property Maintenance Summary:Responsible for the overall maintenance of the property grounds and buildings. Typical Functions:Pick up and empty waste and recycling receptacles. Clean vents and screens; wash windows, trash cans, glass doors and equipment. Replace various kinds of light bulbs, moving furniture and fixing equipment as needed.Completing general maintenance projects as required. Transport and deliver supplies and other light items from local building supply
