Sam Greco Construction Inc and MMC Millwork have been in the commercial construction business since 1975, incorporated in 1977, building relationships. Our experienced team provides quality construction services that vary from daily maintenance, fit ups, complete & partial renovations, new additions, ground up construction, Varco-Pruden metal buildings and our own 40,000 SF architectural custom millwork facility. Our work includes banks, hospitals, medical & dental facilities, schools, colleges, restaurants, warehouses, offices, retail centers, industrial, special use facilities and entertainment venues.
