Botelho Law, PLLC is pleased to announce the addition of Casey Baxter as Operations Manager and Paralegal. Baxter joined the firm in February 2025, bringing more than 20 years of legal experience, over a decade of which has been focused in elder law.
In her role, Baxter plays a pivotal part in managing the daily operations of the firm while also providing essential paralegal support to Attorney Jessica Botelho, Esq. in the areas of Medicaid planning and estate and trust settlement. Her extensive knowledge of the complexities in these areas, paired with her process-driven mindset, has already contributed to more streamlined systems and enhanced client service.

A graduate of Roger Williams University (B.A. Social Science, 1998) and Roger Williams University School of Law (J.D., 2001), Baxter has served in several respected law firms across the Capital District. She now resides in Saratoga Springs with her husband, Jeff , their daughter, Quinn, and Goldendoodle, Charlie. Outside the office, she enjoys camping, reading, decorating, traveling, and listening to Yacht Rock.
Baxter’s arrival marks an exciting step forward for Botelho Law, and her contributions are already making a lasting impact on the fi rm and its clients.
